Planning & Booking Process
When you book your travel with me, you can expect a personalized and seamless experience from start to finish. See below for all the steps of the travel planning process. Expand each item to learn more.
01 – Request A Free Quote
Click HERE to request a free quote. I will follow up with you via email (check your spam/junk mail) to arrange a consultation to get more details on your travel plans and preferences.
02 – Consultation
Once I receive your ‘Request for a Quote’ I will follow up via email (check your spam/junk mail) to arrange a consultation. This can be done via a video call, phone call, or a quick online questionnaire.
During the consultation you’ll provide me with more details around your budget, hotel preferences, theme park interests, and more.
03 – Quote Provided
After we discuss your plans and I have a better idea of your budget, travel dates, destination desires, and general preferences for accommodations and theme park days, I will do all the research and provide you with a quote with a few different options.
From there, you will review the quote and decide which option you’d like to book. I will ensure you have the best options possible for you and your travel party – combining my personal expertise and your preferences.
04 – Book Travel
Now that you’ve picked your dream vacation, I will take care of the booking. Many packages only require a deposit at the time of booking. Rest assured, we use a secure form to collect your payment information.
05 – Let the Planning Begin!
The fun starts as soon as your travel is booked. Between the booking date and your check-in date I will be in communication via email providing you with all my tips and tricks, custom itinerary just for you, and recommendations.
I will ensure you have all the information you need and are well prepared to travel on your magical vacation.
